Individual BIM trainings as success factor for the BIM implementation
Within an individual training concept and a number of training sessions at the client DEUBIM enabled Quadra Engineers to successfully use BIM.
In a first step, we identified the individual training requirements of the company, especially considering the used software Revit, and defined the BIM maturity level. In a next step, we have developed a customized BIM Revit training concept considering the employer needs and different know-how levels. As a result, we achieved an increased user acceptance and BIM know-how and thereby enabled a successfully BIM implementation at Quadra Engineers.
