BIM implementation and strategic BIM management for the pilot project Edingen-Neckarhausen

In order to implement the BIM methodology at METRO PROPERTIES, DEUBIM has taken over the support of the pilot phase as part of a holistic implementation strategy. To this end, BIM objectives and applications were defined for the project and secured with the existing planning team in the course of the qualification enquiry. In part, the technical contributions were fed into a coordination model by shadow modelling. The scope of work included the preparation of the BIM processing plan as well as quality control in the early phases of the project.
