DEUBIM is a member of the VDI - Verein deutscher Ingenieure e.V.
Together with the VDI, the biggest German association of engineers and scientists, we develop national BIM standards. The development of aligned BIM standards is a major focus of our work. Therefore, we continuously coordinate the content alignment of the diverse working groups including buildingSMART

Numerous standards are currently under development in the VDI guideline 2552. You can find an overview of the work status HERE.

Currently we are contributing to the development of VDI paper 6, paper 8.1, paper 8.2 and paper 10.
