DEUBIM is a consultancy specialized on the digital transformation of the building and real estate industry. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the core competency of our company. We help our national and international customers to generate added value through digitalization.
The DEUBIM services include the identification and realization of digital improvement potentials. BIM can be seen as the current core of digitizing within the building and real estate industry. With our consulting services we help customers to successfully and sustainably implement the BIM method in their organizations. We develop individual BIM implementation concepts including BIM objectives, BIM strategy and a prioritized catalogue of measures. Furthermore, we actively support our customers to realize concrete measures along the BIM implementation. Starting with the initial project setup and up to the support throughout the entire project lifecycle we offer holistic BIM management services as well.
In addition, DEUBIM offers BIM trainings and certification for individuals jointly realized with our cooperation partner the TÜV SÜD Akademie (LINK zur Webseite). For organizations we furthermore offer the development of customized BIM training concepts including the provision of proficient lecturers. Our educational content has been created in accordance with the latest developments of buildingSMART International and the German association of engineers, VDI.
In corporate alliance with POS4 we offer our clients architectural and general planning services consequently in accordance with BIM requirements. By closely collaborating with POS4 we are highly practice-oriented and ensure practicability of our BIM consulting services.
Our software-independent approach characterizes our qualitative consulting and training ambition and ensures a customer-centric solution. Individual change management as well as continuous support for all project participants are decisive success factors of the DEUBIM consulting approach.
DEUBIM is a long-term member of buildingSMART e.V. Germany and is actively involved in buildingSMART International, a non-governmental non-profit organization which, as a parent organization, coordinates the work of the national chapters worldwide and defines international standards for the BIM method. As a member of the Executive Committee and the Industry Advisory Panel of the buildingSMART International Professional Certification program DEUBIM actively shapes the BIM certification standards representing Germany. Moreover, our company is a co-shareholder in the initiative planen-bauen 4.0. The objective of the association is the sustainable introduction of digital business processes considering the entire life cycle of buildings and real estate projects.
